TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

By booking services with Paxton Paws, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and payments

• Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise arranged.
• Regular clients may arrange weekly or monthly payments.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

4. Animal health and behaviour

• Clients must disclose any behavioural issues or health conditions.
• Animals must be up-to-date with vaccinations.

5. Liability

• Paxton Paws holds insurance covering public liability. However, clients are responsible for any veterinary costs resulting from pre-existing conditions or negligence not attributable to Paxton Paws.

6. Off-Leash consent

• Dogs will only be walked off-leash with written consent from the owner.

7. Privacy

• Client information will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
